This is a good way to prolong the summer with delicious coconut milk ice cream. If you’ve ever been to the West Indies, you’ve probably tasted this amazing ice cream. It is often made on the streets, in traditional wooden ice cream makers where ice and coarse salt are added. This recipe is very simple and here I make it using my turbine! One minute it’s ready and twenty minutes later the ice cream is ready to taste! You can add lemon zest, vanilla, or even nutmeg as you wish.
