How can you resist these beautiful green vegetables, roasted in the oven in olive oil and served with a delicious creamy split pepper sauce? This is not my intention on the contrary, I would like you to discover, for those who do not yet know, broccolini, a cousin of broccoli! Absolute delight!
Recipe for four people:
- 800g broccolini
- Olive oil, salt and ground pepper
To prepare the sauce:
- 125g tahini
- 50 grams of water
- 15 grams olive oil
- 30 grams white vinegar
- 10-15 g of maple syrup, agave or honey
- 15gm pepper split or sriracha sauce
- Salt and ground pepper
- Split pepper
Here the famous broccoli, thinner and longer than broccoli, but also with a less developed inflorescence.

Wash it and put it in the baking dish. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle generously with olive oil. As I say in class, let the mate in you express itself, but within reason! Bake for 20-25 minutes in a preheated oven at 210°C using rotating heat.

For the sauce, just mix all the ingredients.

Put salt and pepper to your taste.

The sauce becomes soft.

Broccoli is cooked through and still a little crunchy!

Serve with sauce on the side or, as shown below, with cream sauce. For this, I put it in the pocket with a thin head. Delight!
