I offer you this recipe for half-cooked chocolate, oranges and walnuts. A little bomb of flavors that will be hot, warm or cold. Everything is prepared in a few minutes and will fulfill the expectations of a comforting cake!
4 cakes recipe:
- 115 g semi salted butter
- 100 gm dark chocolate
- 60 grams of sugar
- Organic orange flavor
- 180 grams egg
- 50 grams of flour
- 60 grams of walnuts
Melt the butter and dark chocolate together.
Mix well and then add the sugar.

Add eggs. This basically corresponds to 3 large eggs. Otherwise, beat 4 eggs in an omelette, weighing 180 g.

Add organic orange zest.

We finish with flour and nuts.

Mix well.

I wanted to change the small aluminum disposable briquettes. Foam circles with a diameter of 8 cm were taken. The inside should be well greased with mold-releasing spray or butter and then placed on a baking sheet or tin lined with parchment paper.

Pour the mixture into 4 circles.

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in a preheated 190°C oven using rotary heat. Once the crust forms, you can stop cooking!

They will need to gently loosen the pan about 10 to 15 minutes after the end of cooking. I ran the knife around the inner edge.

To enjoy the warmth!
