Ham Tartuvata Shells – La Cuisine de Bernard

With friends, we sometimes eat at Bouillon in Paris. It’s really inexpensive, and very well presented and good! I have ordered this dish several times and thought I could serve it to you, because it is childishly simple and above all done in 5 minutes! With a cold, it’s the kind of fast, well-prepared dish that delights the taste buds. In the end, it’s almost a childlike dish suitable for adults, with tartvata that totally changes it!

Recipe for four people:

  • 350g shells
  • 300 grams pork, cut into thick slices
  • 4 tablespoons tartvata
  • 15 cl of liquid cream
  • 2 handles salted butter
  • Few finely chopped chives
  • A dash of truffle oil if you have it on hand!

This recipe is ready in 5 minutes! Boil the peel in salted boiling water, the specified time is generally 3 minutes.

Cut the pork into thick slices so you can make small cubes.

When the crust is ready, return it to the saucepan over low heat with the cream and tartvata.

Mix well and add pork and butter.

A little chives, a dash of truffle oil if you have any in the cupboard and it’s already over!

All you have to do is sit down to eat!
