I have been a huge fan of sushi for a long time, sashimiFrom lemurFrom Temaki etc. Even if the experience is of course reserved for true professionals, we can still have fun at home with them Temaki Ready in less than an hour for a meal that will make your taste buds travel! Recipe

  • 190 gm sushi rice

Wash the sushi rice in a colander under cold water. Drain them well and then put them in a rice cooker with 235g of water. Cook as usual. In a rice cooker, all you have to do is press the button.
